Submitted my forms yesterday at Shah Alam's office. Since me a gomen staff, I chatted with them. Apparently not many who signed up for the exam. So those who want to do so, do it quickly lo. Closing date is on 16th this month. If you are submitting by hand, they will give you a receipt. Chop Signed.

Not many? Hee..hee.. on every exam held before, there were at least 500 participants sitting from the central region alone.. probably the postal ones coming a bit late due to the raya session.. My daughter is definitely sitting for this one.. but I'm yet to give all the materials I've to her. Let she finishes her final year exam before I bombard her with the RAE stuffs smile.gif

Just log in and saw many interest in Ham. I am a Ham for 3 years with callsign 9W2BKL, Handle: William.

I have imported few reliable VHF Handy set trx 5W and those of you who WTB pls PM me for price and more info. The Brand is Puxing PX-888. I have bought a set to test it out for a year before I actually import it in for sale. BTW, my QTH is at PJ. So far no complaint from my buyers as this sets are produce in Kenwood OEM, China. Full optional acc. available!

If those intend to get more expensive sets like Icom, Yaesu, Kenwood, Motorola and etc; be it handy or mobile, you can also PM me for the pricing. FYI, to import those sets needs import license and AP from Sirim.

yeah like gp328 and 339, very very reliable and good product, but the lack of entering freq directly/vfo is the issue

Yupp, the GM would be my main unit for yagi contest. Superb audio and frequency accuracy. Talk about very narrow bandpass filters these unit have. Will out beat any HAM unit but only thing is the lack of ease of use la. A notebook and I wonder if they have the normal Ham Radio Deluxe software to run off a motorola hehehe
