Am thinking of getting a Mobile Rig now. Been using the Icom V85 for the past two weeks. Feels that it is not powerful enough.

Submitted my forms yesterday at Shah Alam's office. Since me a gomen staff, I chatted with them. Apparently not many who signed up for the exam. So those who want to do so, do it quickly lo. Closing date is on 16th this month. If you are submitting by hand, they will give you a receipt. Chop Signed.
Added on October 6, 2009, 10:34 amForgot to post this. Anyone joining any RAE classes? Pls update here. Would like to join one. I tried the questions on the web. Kept getting 48 + %. I dunno the the electronic parts. Need guidance. This post has been edited by beyond: Oct 6 2009, 10:34 AM |

QUOTE(wiraone @ Oct 6 2009, 12:04 PM) Not many? Hee..hee.. on every exam held before, there were at least 500 participants sitting from the central region alone.. probably the postal ones coming a bit late due to the raya session.. My daughter is definitely sitting for this one.. but I'm yet to give all the materials I've to her. Let she finishes her final year exam before I bombard her with the RAE stuffs Hahaha. With your guidance I think she will do well. |

QUOTE(wiraone @ Oct 13 2009, 11:04 AM) Except for my FT-920, the rest of my equipment were bought from Singapore .. But before you go drive downsouth, give them a call first.. I'll only recommend one shop at SimLim Tower due to the price and support. Sorry, don't have 8900R but tell you the truth, not that many hams are on 10m/6m FM .. I'll suggest the 8800R instead if you're interested on Yaesu .. or Kenwood TMV71. Thank Wiraone for the feedback. But how to bring in. Kastam problems rite? I m planning to visit this Blazer Electronic Centre. |
