yesterday jump started my car, some of the things got reset, some remain the same

things that get reset:
Lane Departure alarm settings
all sound settings
HUD position is weird, original position is higher, after jump start the position appear lower
AT shifting points
Trip A and B
Fuel trip settings (average & range)
AFS disabled by default
no more i-Stop light

other settings remain the same include the clock and other safety settings, the i-stop light is probably because i opened the bonnet and start engine, not sure if this affected the i-stop or my battery doens't hold enough charge for i-stop anymore

so far no battery management system warning at the CMU (dammit...cant claim new battery from sc)

the shifting point in my car now feel different, it tends to hold gear when it doesn't need to, i guess the ECU get reset to default timing and need to relearn again

HUD positions can set at mzd connect.
I don't know about your i-stop thou, maybe after long trip and see whether it can be activated or maybe you need to consult sc.

I reset my fuel readings once when i first got my car and I have an average of 6.6L until now. I have tried Petron, BHP and Petronas, dont think they make much difference in terms of FC though

My daily commute to work is from shah alam to PJ via batu tiga or sometimes NKVE. takes me around 30 minutes for each trip. I'll shift to N whenever i expect to stay idle for more than half a minute, especially for traffic light. very light footed, my rpm stays below 3k most of the time unless i need to overtake. and i drive alone most of the time, probably this is the reason why i have a better average

May i ask u all bought Mazda 3 got any discount/rebate? how much u all get if got?

Wait for new Civic launch, then go back and ask whether got better discounts. This one sure will take some demand away from Mazda.

Or else, can ask some of the sales advisors that are active in the forum and in the automotive garage sale section.

there shouldn't have many 2015 model left, Bermaz is very stingy on discount/rebate, only got tint voucher for me when i get my car unless you consider the tyre inflator as free gift

Mine directly -2k without any free gift add on. Oh, you can consider leather seat as free gift from Mazda cause mine is GL.

Yes. i requested they quoted me for 2016. they only give me 1k discount. Btw, i will wait for new civic launch, then i think would be more extra rebate during that period. Or i might wait for Raya, as i believe would be alot attractive bonus/discount/rebate. =D
