I just copied my Bloodborne save game into usb stick a few days back, not sure if others can or not.
*
So means U can copy and paste to another PS4 (same acc) to continue play?

QUOTE(panda-man @ Mar 3 2016, 05:07 PM)
apparently game saves and such cant be copied to USB to protect game data as well as prevent alteration or what not i forgot. to my knowledge cannot use USB. you will require a PS+ account. but just wanna ask, if got money to get 2nd PS4, then PS+ yearly account shouldnt be a burden no? only RM129/year
*
means my 2nd PS4 investment will requires additional PS+ annual fee.. hmm.gif Affordable, but wasteful...

QUOTE(BobThe Builder @ Mar 3 2016, 08:12 PM)
Actually can be done : http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en...s/data_usb.html

inexsis just make sure it's formatted to FAT32.
*
Oww... That's great then! can gaming both working days & holidays! rclxms.gif

Yes, in fact I read about it in Bloodborne game guide to do so in case i screw up something, so I made that copy into my USB drive. And the option is actually there in the save game management e.g "Copy to USB". Not like I have to do any hack whatsoever.

Hi, any PS4 veteran can advise whether this game sale is legit? Or is this illegal game sharing that risks being banned by Sony? confused.gif

Thanks. But did you notice his sales on Lelong and facebook always mentioned things like activate (certain period) and non-activate. The non-activate supposedly play by using accounts provided by the seller, isn't that game sharing?
More confusing is the reference of "tier", like tier 1 or 2 rclxub.gif confused.gif

So the game you bought from him is a coupon code to be redeem directly from PSN store? Thanks.

i dunno, i also confused so not planning for any tier 1. i bought a tier 2 and cheap game RM30 only. for tier 2 he just gives an account and can DL and play. Tier 2 apparently must be online to play and cant use own account. not somethin i would use for better games. but i just bought a lego game... so yeah. can PM him. he's quite efficient at replying.

For both of you, i suggest to not use the service... Rumors only, use with own risk, if Sony detected the multiple account with multiple PS4 id registry, your PS4 or whatever console id you have might be forever ban.

Thanks for your advice bro, being banned is exactly my concern for the confusing game sharing scheme. I was worry if something goes wrong with the seller account, all other buyer sharing games with the seller may get affected as well. Risk and reward devil.gif
Too bad recently no good sales on PS store, March seems to be pretty bad month with lousy free games and PS+ discount..... yawn.gif Xbox Live Gold seems to be getting better quality retail game as free game than PS plus....... ranting.gif

Ban and suspension by Sony sweat.gif read more here:

When and if Sony ban a console or account, it's a FINAL decision with little room of appeal bye.gif

I rather just wait for it to become under 20usd then baru buy. Although the hype is gone, good game is still good game.. Btw, not enough time to play also contribute. With kids around, even much difficult.. Lol

Hey guys, I remembered last time this was discussed before but very difficult to go digging through all the posts in old topics for it. sweat.gif

Is there a permanent fix for the disc auto-eject problem? For 8-10 months I've used my PS4 in vertical position without ever facing this problem. Now it seems to be happening quite regularly. cry.gif

I've tried the tightening screw method, but it feels like the screw is just rotating without getting tighter. sweat.gif Don't dare to try removing the rubber method, does that really work? I am still under warranty btw but would prefer not to send it for warranty if possible. bangwall.gif

Sorry, ONLY possible fix is to:

- Open up the PS4
- Look for the metal contact on the case (attached to the eject button), tape it with electrical tape
- Grab a blade and scratch the gold contact point (for the eject sensor) on the motherboard.

This is the ONLY guaranteed fix. I, like you have done all the so called bullshit "fixes" on the internet. EVERY one of them I've tried, NONE works permanently.

Yes you will void your warranty, but sending it back to Sony will only result in 2 things:

1) Sony refurbish you a used PS4.
2) Sony do their own method of completely draining the entire system of power to remove any static remnants, test it for 5 minutes and tell you to come collect. Result, few days or weeks later, auto-eject again.

Does the ps4 only auto upload your saves game data and sync trophies during rest mode?

I see, thanks for the reply. sad.gif I don't think I have enough confidence in myself to do what you did though haha...

I see, I guess no point in sending for warranty either. sweat.gif

By the way, do you know if the newer model (CUH1206 I believe) still suffer from this auto-eject issue as well? I remember reading that the newer model changes the eject button to a mechanical one? hmm.gif Though I guess I will have to sacrifice a good RM 300-500 if I were to sell mine and get the newer model haha... cry.gif

My advice is to create an R1 account & buy then download Firewatch using that account.

ya....never trust TM Router.
even TM staff ask to change the router to different outside brand immediately after install unifi/streamyx.
very sucky quality
*
Just curious, did the TM staff recommend a specific router brand/model to replace the standard Unifi one?

Just a heads up for those who are looking for Seagate backup plus Slim 2tb for your ps4, one of the shops there is selling for RM345, just got mine today and installed already.
*
May I know which shop is this?

QUOTE(daeniael @ Mar 2 2016, 02:21 PM)
hye guys..just wanna have some opinion here..i plan to buy ps4 but i dont know whether 500gb enough oredi or better take 1tb??
*
My advice would be to go for the 500GB but immediately upgrade to 1TB HDD before initializing the system. Or else if you think it's too troublesome then go ahead & get the 1TB version straight.

The newer versions of PS4 does indeed have a mechanical eject button. So far I haven't read/heard of anyone having auto eject issues with this model.

It's very easy. You don't even need to disassemble the whole system, all you need is to remove the bottom cover and you'll have access to the gold contact on the motherboard.

I haven't heard of any auto disc eject issues on the 12xx models, which basically confirms the dumb design Sony had with the original models.
