Your area got time coverage?

Try setting up the Asus router profile as Unifi-biz instead of Home... I vaguely remember reading that it'll free up the port.

recently installed unifi 30mbps...in the end found out the download speed max only 50kbps from file sharing sites (usercloud). fml. is there any way to counter that? one of the main purpose i upgrade to unifi is to direct dl from these sites.

Create a free account I get 1MB/s by doing so (it support Download-Accelerators)

50M DL / 20M UL
100M DL / 50M UL

10Mbps long time already

Don't expect to get full speed while ur using free account . either u BT ur file or pay for premium user to get full speed

It depends on the agent. The RM500 is for the penalty.

Not enough to cover the penalty. Still have penalty for HyppTV pack subscription (remaining months out of 12 months)

Mine was bumped to 10mbps before they announced the upgrade, few weeks after it's back to 5mbps lol

How long does it usually take to relocate my unifi from an old house to a new one?

Would like to ask, about the FDP box on the telephone pole that distributes the fiber connection to individual house, is it common for TM to install only on alternate pole down each row of houses?

I noticed that's what they are doing at where I live here, and the telephone pole that serves my house has not FDP on it, the fiber cable just pass by. That means I'm out of luck?

Yes. For me, the fiber was pulled from the FDP (that is on one pole) towards another pole before finally arriving at my house.

The FDP won't be on every pole, that's for sure.

I searched online, and I saw the installation guide mentioned that TM will provide free 15m of cable only, rest will be charge RM50 for 5m. My estimate I think 15m barely reach the pole near my house

Something was wrong here. Lets exclude GST and promo price :
Back then, VIP5=RM149, VIP10=RM199, VIP20=RM249.
Now, ADV30=RM199, ADV50=RM249, ADVP100=RM299.

Now I was wondering it supposed to go like this, ADV30, ADV60 and then ADV(PRO?)120.
Isn't sequence supposed to be RM50 difference each time your speed is doubled?

Was thinking of cancelling but still will reconsider because RM299(early bird discount) or RM329(original) doesn't feel like 100Mbps but 120Mbps.
