People, is the new 100Mbps pro plan got any special promotion apart from the promo price RM299? Also, is the promo price for the life of subscription or will be reverted back to original price once contract ends?

I'm on 50Mbps with old Hypptv Mega Pack and free calls. Called up TM, asking what happened if I want to upgrade to 100Mbps, the cs said I can keep using Mega Pack but NOT the free calls. If I still want the free calls, need add RM20 for the call plan. Total monthly for me Unifi Pro 100Mbps + Mega Pack = RM319 before GST. (which is about RM30 more than what I currently paid for Unifi 50Mbps)

Anyone got better deal?

I believe so.
Most of us get full speed or even more from our current signed package.
I always get 33Mbps for my 30Mbps package.

just called 100. For Unifi Pro 100, you need to change your modem. Not sure they are referring to only modem or router included. You can upgrade through online. But you need to have the new equipments beforehand, via 2 options, either self collect at TM point or they will deliver it to you. Basically it's just replacing, and don't require much alteration I guess. Any one subscribed? I have great intention though, is available in my area at Bukit Tinggi, Klang, assuming those that have 50Mbps currently, would be able to support.

Would like to ask, about the FDP box on the telephone pole that distributes the fiber connection to individual house, is it common for TM to install only on alternate pole down each row of houses?

I noticed that's what they are doing at where I live here, and the telephone pole that serves my house has not FDP on it, the fiber cable just pass by. That means I'm out of luck?
