QUOTE(soonwai @ Apr 2 2016, 12:34 AM) To each his own right? I'm on 30mbps even though I had the option for 50mbps because my wallet not enough sustained bandwidth every month. Did you know Count Dracula pays only 45 Lei/MYR for 1000/200mbps with no quota? Beat that Time Fibre. To each his own... Yeah, latency between income & one's wallet plays an important role in choosing a suitable plan. RM45 for 1Gbps?? I love nice things that come at great rates, but it's hard for even the most avid dreamer to see Malaysia having such rates anytime soon.. Maybe not even after a decade.. Here's to hoping I'm wrong on that..

just called 100. For Unifi Pro 100, you need to change your modem. Not sure they are referring to only modem or router included. You can upgrade through online. But you need to have the new equipments beforehand, via 2 options, either self collect at TM point or they will deliver it to you. Basically it's just replacing, and don't require much alteration I guess. Any one subscribed? I have great intention though, is available in my area at Bukit Tinggi, Klang, assuming those that have 50Mbps currently, would be able to support.

If your router comes with FastEthernet LAN/WAN ports (100Mbps) then I don't think it works. You will never get the theoretical 100Mbps speed on such FastEthernet ports. Instead, you should be using a router with GigabitEthernet ports (1Gbps)

QUOTE(BlueWind @ Apr 2 2016, 11:45 AM) Not sure why D-Link went with this route. Honestly it looks like a tong sampah to me. I think designer at DLink had a brainstorm "Need something that doesn't look of place in a home, Ah, I know a trash can.". I kinda like it. It's different.

TP-link is good but does it provide built-in free DDNS IP hosting service? I don't care about the D-link cloud or Asus AiCloud. I know that they did provide the free DDNS IP hosting service for their router cloud service but my purpose is just want to obtain their free DDNS to setup my home CCTV and alarm.

Netflix also. Buffering all the time . before 9-10pm, all can stream very well. I'm paying RM189 just for 30mbps and I can't stream movie .act like angry customer.
