I actually got my 10Mbps about 3 weeks ago.

I got it since Nov and the website published 10Mbps earlier but too bad already removed yesterday.
Anyway, it will be official soon. Just be patient or Tweet them.

Hi, I just subscribed to the new Unifi 30mbps. I noticed the new wifi router is quite weak when I use in another room. Called 100 and they try to reset this n that, n lastly when it did work (stable and connected wifi to devices), he said to keep trying other channels if it becomes unstable again.

Anyone got workaround for this? It's unstable even after changing channels now..only connects n works properly when I'm nearby the wifi router.

Ps: I stay in a small condo, "unstable" room is 2 walls away from wifi router. Thx sifus!

I use TP-Link WA701ND, bought it RM75 only. It's rated 150Mbps, I get full 50Mbps speed with it. Of course there are other more expensive models rated 300Mbps like WA901ND around RM135. It's your money, your call

It is the stock router's limitation. I can't get full signal last time even in kitchen, like 2 walls away as well.
I added a router to be AP or you can buy a new router.

anyway to get the unifi people to give me all free modem, stb and btu rather than reuse my old one if i decide to get the 30 mbps?

Budget for a router around rm200-300. I read thru the forums here they recommend an asus, since no problem with iptv. I use hypptv as my daily viewing, not a big fan of Astro.

Yup, 50Mbps now comes with 20Mbps upload, but no more free calls.

I think Hypptv is compulsory for a year. The price for 50Mbps start at RM229 (RM242 with gst)

If you terminate prematurely, you'll need to pay the remaining months as penalty.
