I applied new 30MB Unifi Advance package instead, not upgrade.
installed successfully on Saturday and just went to TMPoint terminated my VIP5.

dun forget to ask rebate... if can get proof, sure bring to court to sue tm... due to negligence...just imagine if someone in the house get emergency and no one to help accept fix line telephone?

this people sometimes need to educate to uphold the services...lucky phone company make the mobile phone can call 112 even without sim or lock phone..

Yes, the new Unifi Advance Plan does not include any free calls as what zher4883 said.

I go for HyppTV Ruby Pack, this is for my mom to let her got extra channels tekan beside Astro. tongue.gif

I just realized my HyppTV is under Jumbo Pack, included the Sports Pack although I did not subscribe it. sweat.gif

how long have u subscribe unifi advance package? normally they will give free full channel for one month. after that u will only get ruby pack channel.

Definitely will ask for rebate. The last time in November 2015, I also managed to ask for rebate.

On another matter, since this issue is due to the negligence of their contractor, TM should really review their contractors, those with negligence issues should be blacklisted for doing any work for TM. Not one time but happened to me twice within 4 months!

Is it the Dlink DIR-615? This one the throughput for wifi not so good. Current stock TM router like the RG4332 30mbps wifi no probs.

Can you also test with cable?

Maybe you can complain to TM and see if they can replace the router for you. When you upgrade to Adv30, your router is renewed with 1 year warranty. I think they should replace it for you. If not you can always sabotage the router.

Btw, is it so difficult for you to type the model of your router in reply to my question?

I'm hope you are not same issue as mine..
The installer show me my connection can't even reach 30MB due to my existing bad/poor telephone line,
Hence I decided to repull new telephone line from the main riser box outside my house to inside my house.. I stay in first floor anyway.
And this is the speed I got, using handphone, sit next to Wireless Router:

Which floor are you staying?

Or alternatively you can try other wireless router and see how.

Hey guys, after the undersea cable incident, everywhere has been slow, including singapore. Packet drops while playing CSGO in singapore server.

But here's what I found out. Hong Kong has been more consistent for me. I used Matchmaking Server Picker which can be found on google.

It should work with Dota 2 as it's connecting to valve servers.

Not a CSGO or Dota 2 player? Cool.

Try going to google.com.hk
It loads faster than google.com.my !

If you don't understand mandarin, at the main page, below the search bar, press "English".

Tip: If some websites (eg from US) just doesn't load, if it's static, click the green arrow and then cached

For Youtube, after blocking the CDN servers, SOME videos load faster, using a downloader, I can reach full speed 3.7MB/s.

Staying at 14th floor.
Hopefully it's not due to the telephone line, else would be so troublesome to re-pull everything again
