Can no problem. Take lots of surat wakil. Ask your mother to sign that. Ask for her book (the book is very important - you need to bring it every time you top up).

When you go and topup. Bring book and surat wakil. If you are lucky, they won't ask for it. Places like post office will always take your letter. If banks don't ask for it, just keep quiet. Just take no, present your book say you want to topup.

If don't have, just try again next month. There are people who try first time didn't get and got it few months later.

Im new to ASNB investment and would like to open an account. Tried with kajang branch CIMB and RHB for continuous 1 week. But the answer I get from RHB is always "line ada problem, tak boleh buka account lagi." and from CIMB will be either "ASNB counter sudah tutup, try esok pagi." and go on next morning and subsequent morning, "quota habis." but they didn't even check yet ady say quota habis. Must be my face problem, they all hate me so much. Thinking of taking 1 day off n go other places listed to try. Sighh....

Just insist tak cuba bagaimana tahu quota habis? I ada kawan boleh buka je. Please la try. I dah datang setiap hari.

even me wanna top up those funds got problem. always take longer than usual. Most time session Time out error would appear on the tellers PC screen then the teller needed to do all over back (key in info)..

it's because both funds are under new system. the new system sucks big time I tell u. even the tellers are "cursing" & angry with it.

Top up no problem. Just go any of the banks. They are acting if they didn't even try.
