i use itradecimb. usually i need to call my remisier to transfer the profit from cds account to my savings account.

can we do that by ourselves now? or still need to use remisier? but my remisier is unreachable already.

if let say i wanna buy share before market open, and let say yesterday closing price was 0.50sen

and if i wanna trade the next day and rumors has it going to be up and the TO also is green in the early trade, if i key in 0.60sen, and when market open the price is at 0.55sen and best buy price is only at 0.55sen, will my trade match at 0.55sen or it will wait at 0.60sen..

Depends on volume and how many people selling.
Let's say you key in to buy 10,000 units @ RM0.60.
It opens at RM0.55 (4,000 units), RM0.58 (7,000 units) and RM0.60 (10,000 units).

Your order is above the lowest ask price so it will be matched immediately. It will match 4,000 units @ RM0.55 and 6,000 units @ RM0.58 but will never touch RM0.60 because your order is already filled. This will also drive the price up to RM0.58.

Bursa should auto add all the CDS account in your name into the app based on your IC.

Should not be a problem.
When I registered, I only had 1 account with AmBank.
Few days later, I opened another account with Maybank and it is now in Bursa Anywhere app already.

This account was opened long time ago and I actively used it for trading. But then it’s under maybank nominees, so maybe that’s why it’s not reflected? 😅

There you go. It only links direct CDS. Shares in nominee account are under the bank's name not yours but you have legal claim on those shares.

Guys,

Does anyone know how to close a CDS account? I have an old CDS account which I used for trading using a remisier, before I started online trading. The remisier has left his job years ago. I still have small odd number of stocks in the account - 11, 23, etc. from bonus issue, dividends. I assume I have to sell these off first?

Doing some spring cleaning to declutter. Thanks.

Hi, if my dad wants to starts playing with the stock market, so should i ask him to start off with REITs or dividend based shares? He has some shares last time (more than 10 years ago and i think it's Airasia and he is just getting the dividends) but he is not so active.

For me, i'm more towards the dividend based shares and i'm willing to take some risk but i don't know what should i advice him in this situation. Any thoughts?

Make dunno laugh.gif

Not advisable thing to do.

Winning advise - how?
Losing advise - how?

I seen one friend advised to sell one stock. Half a year late due to new projects, which company won a lot, the stock rallied 50% ++. Friend got cursed like hell.....

how are the share prices affected by the bonus issue?

I feel like bonus issue and share split are more or less the same. sad.gif
