What's the difference then between 1 star and 4 star. Seems like anything less than 5 stars will result in rating drops, which is ridiculous.

I'm still okay with 4/3-star for my once-in-a-blue-moon-moody-mood "service". But getting 1/2-star out of no where or no freaking idea from whom/which trip, is a very sucks feeling.

It takes a few 4-star to signify drop in rating, but it's only need a 1-star to do the same dropping. And, you'll see much impact (with 1-star) if you have less than 500 rated trip.

IMO, in rider apps, a rider will not be able to rate 1/2-star at drivers with high rating (e.g. 4.8 and above) due to driver's diligent and consistent services. Maybe a lowest of 3-star. Of course, this method is not applicable to new drivers, and for drivers who achieved more than 500 rated trips, thousands of completed trip.

This is a way to combat arsehole-riders

I think we can't control the rating of customer , what we can do was to do our best to give the right serve , maybe can request them for full rating , that's all , no use anger at them.
Maybe you just want to share out , but dont so frequent haha

as a rider, I don't mind giving 5stars if driver do their best..even if a bit pickup late, hard braking..even if drivers don't ask for rating on dropoff. But I don't give rating or low star if driver act smart, try win conversation..

would like to ask i got the quest hit 18 trips for rm 40, then 39 trips for rm110, usually i only hit the first tier, how if i hit to the second tier which mean i will entitle for rm40+rm110 total rm 150 for the extra incentive? anyone here tried to hit full on every weekly quest?

Hit 18, you get 40
Hit 39, you get another 70, summing up to 110. Same calculation as to weekday quest and weekday morning "rush hour" quest.

I can hit almost every weekend, weekday also can if I have spare time from full-time job, and rarely can hit 5 (minimum) rush-hour quest, always ended up with long trip.

if in this case,last weekend quest i got was 18tirps=rm50, 39trips=rm90, which mean if hit 39 trips max i got only rm 90, so is another top up of rm40 from tier 1,if calculated which will get lower average incentive if compare with 18, wondering how the quest target to be set

so i guess i only hit for the tier1 is good enough for me as i m only doing part time driving.

I don't have 18 trips all these while.. always is T1=24 & T2=39, last weekend 24 for 40, 39 for 100. Your T1 are a better deal. Quest value will be diff for each driver. Surprisingly for this week, I don't have T1 at all.. die die also need me do 54 and 39 to get the bonus

wow you only got 1 tier, then is really tough for you. i rmb i got also only 1 tier previously on weekend quest, 39=160, seems good deal but too bad i got no time to hit for it.
is really different target for different driver, previous i got weekend t1=24 t2=39 as well, weekday got t1=21 t2=54 and now mostly t1=27 t2=54 and so on, really depend on luck to get that or the they purposely set the target to be in that way

Huh? Are you on rider app or driver app?
In driver app, destination is given. You don't set it.

Driver app. It let's me set destination twice a day, so I can get a rider on my way to the destination, usually my home.

when rider on board and you go to your right top to check the rider details, then you can see left top have the slide to make it offline.
set destination is when you got no any ping yet.
