Can i know where to get info about quest? Since grab were using guaranteed fare ( old uber system ) and get know at a blog that update every week.

How about uber , so that i can compare the payout of incentive

I feel very cheated with uber i was targetting to complete the quest of 54 trips mon to fri n i did the 54th trip 1am tis morning n went hme happily thinking i hv hit the target...but the uber app tis morning showed 53 trips onnly...i counted n chk my laptop its 54 trips...

So i called uber...then they said my 54th trip was a sunway to go trip n is counted as a promo n will not be eligible for the quest !!

I seriously nvr heard abt tis sunway to go trip as im in seremban / nilai...

So disappointing

you should have screenshot the pic where u completed the 54 trips instead of showing what changes today to avoid arguements. also do more than 54 trips for safety.

screenshot probably wont help....
trip history section will still show trip details anyway.

trip history doesn't show your quest fulfillment. instead if you screenshot the quest with the date and time, you can argue why uber system count it as completed at that time leading to drivers believing he/she has completed it and went offline afterward and believing uber's infrastructure would be world class standard. their system or their driver apps are fully responsible for what they have SHOWN to driver because that's the only thing driver can rely on information from Uber.

Pity u man. Just 1 more trip. Sighhh. U should make extra 1 or 2 trips just to be safe.

The quest also getting difficult to achieve. Make us drive more to achieve the target

Do you think this fare is fair? It was my first trip on Monday and after the trip i immediately went offline, then switched to do crabcar.
At first i thought of chasing my weekday quest as it was quite attractive, 54 trips for rm195. But after seeing the earning of this trip.... just forget about it. I totally stop doing uber for this week and just do crabcar

yep when it was showing 53/54 n i got a trip rqst...quickly went n completed it a vry short trip in nilai. Aft tht switched n drove bck to sban.

It was 1.30a.m n i was driving the whole day from 8am n even made a uber trip to ipoh frm nilai. I was feeling giddy n jz continued driving for the sake of completing 54 trips as it would end 4 a.m . So i was not careful to chk the app aft completing the 54th trip...it remained as 53/54 n i saw it this morning ... :-(

Damnnn. U even made uber trip to ipoh. How much the rider paid you?? And u return to kl with no passenger?? Real pity man.

20km for rm12?

It's RM11.38 after commission deduction for a 20km and 29mins trip. I wonder if they think that our car is using water instead of petrol.

20km @ RM0.60 = RM12
29 min @ RM0.25 = RM7.25
Flag rate = RM0.95
Total fare should be RM20.20

Less 20% Uber commission, should be RM16.60

You may want to raise a ticket to Uber helpdesk...

But, chances are their first reply is that the fare is based on upfront calculation, therefore, will be difference, and the difference is within the range. So, in other words, eat yourself lah

U reply few more times, with some nasty flowerly language (English pls, cause I suspect they sub-con the contact center to oversea , if not robot, based on some words scanning, then, select some template ready reply), they will reimbursed u back lor........

After few more times, you found that you spending more times arguing with them about all these nonsense, rather than driving and earning....then, u left with 2 option

1. Suck it up, live with it, consider charity, don't so kira lah...cincai lah.....

2. Give up altogether driving

True. Happened to me before... 30km trip and after commission it was just rm16. wrote to them and their reply was upfront fare....bla bla bla.
and this time i just don't bother to send them email. But just switch to do crab.
Though I just drive average 3 hours a day with crab since monday until today, i already managed to complete 55 trips. Today just 4 trips for 1.5 hrs and RM47 earning...damn tulan with the bad traffic in KL... from dayabumi to klcc, 5km need 30 mins.. luckily the fare was rm17.
With that amount of time with uber, I never ever hit a 54 trips mark on their weekday quest. the most was second tier-39 trips.
