hey im currently an uber parnter, havent been driving for 1-2months. just got a text saying my account  is disabled due to inactivity and asking me to visit the PSC.
question:
1) is this new? i've been an uber partner for sometime and there was a period of inactivity long before this and have no issue with account being disabled.
2) is there any way to reactivate the account without travelling to psc? i do drive uber sometimes.

One of the issues as stated by you, the interface not friendly enough, they should just place the call/sms button below the address on the same page just like the one rider requested the driver, got face, got car plate and call button.

Agree that uber have better quality passengers. But the true story of a foreigner shit in the car is from an uber driver. So depends lah.

And my theory why uber has more quality customer because the customer have to use credit card to pay. So people who own credit card have more concern of his reputation and people who own credit card are not like some bangla who works at plantation or something.

Yeah. Dont think the driver was lying about it. One of his customer shit inside a plastic bag in the car. And that was uber.

What are the chances of me being able to get an Uber at 1-2am in the middle of night to take me from Bandar Utama to KLIA in time for a 6am flight?

App says there are cars nearby that will do the trip for RM83, but will they actually pick you up, rather than just ignore you and go home to sleep shortly?

Here's the thing that I see for the past 10 months. Uber is becoming like taxi. The problem is taxi driver refuse to pick you up because of short distance and their "inconvinence". So guess what's happening now to uber? And yes I do need to be rude because the drivers I stated that complain i can guarantee are new drivers that drive less than 3 months. You do notice the difference on ppl replying here in this forum. The ones that KNOWS that there is nothing wrong with short distance trip or toll imconvinences are the old drivers which is the quality uber driver. The ones complaining that says fck off uber etc are the ones the shitty uber driver. Btw i did noted that "to those driver that complain toll etc" so I'm nit generalizing all drivers, just the bad ones. Why butthurt from my statement? You one of them driver that ask ppl to cancel trips?  Starting today I'm gonna have a big manhunt on drivers that refuse to pick up due to "inconvinence" by reporting. I already had enough of this shit.

I received email from uber asking to uninstall and install back the uber app for latest update.

No matter how nice you are, some crappy rider still gonna rate you 4 stars because they think 4 stars is more than enough. Because they don't know about our drivers 4.6/4.3/4.0 stars policy.
