It depends, if the items got value then sell back the free gift, if not just give it to who ever need it

Just want to give some info on my C9 65", CX 65", C1 48"

My CX 65" is strange one. The power adaptor has failed twice. Once under warranty and second time is recently and it cost Rm680 to change. The TV cannot be turned on (red dot at the bottom of TV) doesnt light on. There are dead pixels especially at corners and top/bottom. But it wont bother viewing experience.

C9 65". Nothing bad except dead pixels like CX.

What about ur C1 48" ?

both my CX 65" & C1 48" changed panel (multiple dead pixel top edge but not affecting viewing experience) before warranty habis.

C1 48" ending this year June.

Mine bought in 2022 April somewhere but top there developed dead pixel like more than 10+ which i only noticed around 2024?

Am not sure which panel right now i have after replaced but actually the technician can just leave my old panel without "throwing" away sweat.gif
Can put it as back up for next time ...

My 7 year old Sony TV no longer works and can't be repaired since Sony no longer carries the parts for the model...

Thinking of getting my 1st OLED and LG seems to be more affordable than the other brands.
65" C4 @ RM9,499
G4 @ RM11,499
B4 @ RM7,399
Is this a good deal? sweat.gif

Any anyone own/seen the B4 side by side with a C4? Is there brightness difference significant to your eyes?

I've seen a lots of people recommend LG C4 especially for movies and also gaming, the series seems popular since C1
Me myself might getting C4 soon for console gaming such as PS5, Xbox Series X and also for 4k ultra hd blu ray movies

I’m thinking of pulling the trigger on the B4. Considering all the dead pixel issues and seems quite often from the posts here, I’d be reluctant to spend more on a TV with a shelf life around 5 years ish…

no more five year-ish, mine got prob after 2years+ lucky still in warranty. the top edge like burned lol. got fren one also got issue around 2years ish? maybe is lottery but yeah, nowadays cannot expect 5year-ish without issue. for me, OLED better buy longer warranty.

even rm3k+ dyson vacuum in its warranty period i change main unit twice lol. lucky buy 5years warranty.

That is my main issue with dropping RM9.5k for a OLED tv which such low life span sweat.gif
Even paying additional 3 yr warranty will make it RM11k which isn't cheap either if the TV suddenly got issue on the 6th year... At least the B4 with extra 3yr warranty making it RM8.5k won't be as painful...

3 years also not enough, minimum at least 5 years sweat.gif
Can't imagine spending RM20k+ on a TV that needs to be replaced every 5 years...
