same here, i hope they have email pdf statement functionality.
sms will forgot during end of the day after few sms transaction / TAC come in since they use the same email sender (66300)

Mine can download statement on 13th d. However, transaction on 12th did not include in the statement. Is the statement contain transaction date or posting date? From the column title stated transaction date.

Well, it is counted as transaction date but probably it's not yet posted. Hence cannot make it on time to the statement when your statement is generated and consolidated.

My application for Ambank BT 0% was through phone call and without providing statements. Perhaps you can try to BT 4k.

I can't even remember my login username!

Register a new account. I also forgot mine earlier.
I called UOB CS before for this, no better solution than creating a new account.

I wanted to reset the password. I need some authentication code on top of the username.

I can't recall how but I know it is not possible. At the end, I abandoned it and registered a new account.
Case solved and remember the username and password.
