keep trying to. i got mine after 2nd time requesting online. all in all, 2 weeks from 1st call until card collection from branch.

apply via ringgitplus , they send me application form and ask to direct fax to UOB . After 3 weeks no update from UOB and CS cant call . UOB so good service?

applied at their booth in paradigm mall on saturday. today UOB called me already to confirmed my address.

Received Jan cash back for Vox. Confirmed Posonline and Shogun2u.com are entitled for 5% + 0.3%.

Another thing is that my e-statement is still not yet reflected, CS said it is affecting other users whose statement date falls on the 3rd of every month. Will be able to see it by tomorrow, hopefully.

what bills you paid via posonline? or do you suggest that all transactions that go via posonline will get the 5%?

Anyway, for those using VOX, can I confirm that you have already got the January cash back? I have already got it on yesterday and UOB has replied me that it seems it has credited for VOX cash back.

Yes follows calendar month.
Check under your unbilled transaction. It should be tagged under "Campaign Cash Back".
