Last time when i asked for waiver I never said will cancel the card.
I just said i'm using UOB One card frequently (got monthly statements to prove), so please consider to waive my AF, then they waived for me.

I'd just reported to CS last Friday and according to her, card will be delivered within one week. I was told by my family member that I got a mail at home just now. Hopefully it is the replacement card.

UOB also charge the AF to my One card. I call to CS for waiver and they said under new policy cannot waive. have to submit request for approval. LOL. UOB think that's the only credit card in town kah? No point keep using a CC which require to submit for approval to waive the AF when the market have other options.....

u see other ppl's post, some of them can easily get waiver, i think it depends on the CS's mood u called in. The one i called have low tone and seemed like dont care anything.

What are the MCC codes if pay syabas thru uobpayonline n IWK thru Posonline?
Is it 9399: Government Services?
Merchants that provide general support service to the government such
as personnel, auditing, procurement and building management
services, and are not described by another, more specific MCC.

quick questions fellow seniors, made an transaction but minimum payment is still empty, aware of the 20 days interest free period. so to maintain at 15%, should i pay after the minimum payment is updated with the transaction?

Er... Don't understand, why don't you just pay full when your statement is due?
Or it was your intention to pay minimum?

minimum payment is based on statement amount, NOT transaction amount.

minimum amount is only available after statement is generated

Is it a new card? Check with CS what is your statement date and pay before the due date will do. Do aware that for paying less than 10 consecutive months of prompt payment, the interest rate will be 18%, 10 or 11 months 16%, full 12 months of prompt payment 15%.

My last statement is kinda messed up

With epp, and reversal and now don't know how much to pay for the last statement.

Callled CS, they give me a figure..but based on my calculation, its less

Coz according to her, the epp will start for next month statement..not included in previous statement.

Anyone had any similar experience before?
