I'm existing UOB card holder. Just gave a call to the CS to apply for UOB VOX card. CS told me apply through agent will take up to 2 weeks to process. Since I'm existing customer, I'll get my card by next week and they got no issue to send to my office!

I think I lost my VOX card that I received 2 weeks back...
not too sure I should ask for replacement or just cancel it! Replacement will have to pay RM50 penalty... |

Yesterday I call CS to check on the shipment status of my replacement card and I asked the CS regarding the 1 swipe per month criteria. CS told me it's based on statement mth. If you statement is 24th of the month, the will count from 24th to 23rd next month, if there is transaction performed within this period, then they wont charge you RM6.36. Hope that it clarify our confusion!
