Made a telephone application (existing one card holder) for an additional VOX card. It was delivered 5 days later as promised. Is it confirmed that all payments made via "UOB PayOnline" portal are eligible for the 5% cash back as long as it is>RM50 including ins, govt and utilities?

Do you need to re-submit any documentation/fill up form/sign to get additional card?

If you are an existing card holder with the bank, they already have everything they need. So no need for additional docs.

I just had a shocking answer from UOB, telling me that my preferred platinum card WAS NOT eligible for 20% cash back I used for CNY spending, wow...

I enrolled my card just before spending and in fact I did received a message thanking me for enrolling and ask me to START SPENDING using the uob card for cash back, wtf...

Now, just send the print screen to their customer service and hope to get some good news, or else bye bye RM200...

spend on 1st of Feb (2nd/3rd week, forgot), monday morning around 9.30am at Aeon Big, RM500 twice...

I ask the UOB booth, need to apply 2 card only can get 1 luggage. So end up I apply online for 1 card and received the in 1 week time

Then I think that's the 3rd week. Let's see what's their reply.

Just to confirm, I just need to click "Apply Now" and fill up my name, contact no, email and NRIC, then wait for them to contact me to get my income documents? I suppose they emailed you to obtain those?

Yes, they will contact you to confirm if you are applying it. Then the agent will send you the form and required documents via email.

Did you received any verification call prior your card approval?

Yes.

I haven't got mine yet. Submitted the required documents to the CS.
