Just checking, anyone can download softcopy of credit card statement from your internal banking on this month ?

Statement date on 12nd, until now I'm still unable to get it...

No issue from my end, already viewed it 2 weeks ago and just logged in to view again, still can.

i just called UOB about my application for One card after waited for 2 weeks.. sadly, my application got rejected

but they didnt disclose the reason why.. they said they will resubmit my application..

VOX card, the cashback rebate cap is based on calendar month or statement date?

Can I ask about the minimum payment that stated in the statement? Is it if i pay the minimum payment for 2 or 3 months, i will be not charged any interest? thanks.

You will be charged with interest. If it is not charged with interest, nobody will pay in full.
So, pay in full and on time please.

if u pay minimum u will be charged for the interests

try to get your branch manager recommendation .. then the chances for approval will be high

They will reassess again and up to the bank to approve or not.
So, not to say that it is confirmed will be approved.

Not happy with UOB at all.

They told me it's okay for merchant to charge us surcharges and even if the price differs from original tax invoices and CC slip, it's still okay.

I was told by merchant terminal owner, it's not okay. In fact, it's illegal and not in line with BNM's policies. I even have Visa/Master/Amex's and BNM's email reply which states it's illegal to do so.

I am so gonna complaint this UOB staff to BNM, Visa/Master international and see how they react

Fyi - This happened once to my MBB card and MBB reversed the surcharge after 14 days. Doraemon Facepalm.

This close to cancelling my UOB if they don't sort it this by next statement date.

yes, swipe any amount will do... which including 10 cents petrol lol...

yeah, i participated last year and the year before and the maximum cb is per week not per whole campaign period. this time kena tipu didn't read properly thinking it should be the same like previous years.

will he be fired and banned from banking field?
