some updates from my situation in old thread where i forget to pay my outstanding, overdue by 4 days...

paid up, and called CS as mentioned here to ask for waiver of late payment fee RM10.00 and finance charges.

CS put up request for waiver and mentions monitoring my acc...

today's login and noticed finance charges charged in the current statement dated 18 Jan, and in the unbill transactions there's late payment fee & finance charges waiver!

Can safely say, transactions go through UOBPayOnline are considered as online transactions.

I think this is how VOX determines the cash back eligibility, so long your transactions require them to send you the something like MSOS key, then it should be considered as online transactions.
