The mokapot I interested in is this:

Ikea mokapot is 1 of my regret purchase items, I can send to you by postage if you ok with RM50 included delivery fees, mine not really used more than 5 times.

Flair Neo is combo with timemore C2 usually for very entry "pseudo-espresso" since Neo is relying on pressurised spout to produce crema. (can use supermarket ground coffee in vacuum pack, but only 30-50% of the actual espresso)

You can refer 1zpresso diagram for each model suitable for which type of coffee: (only look for Plus/Pro series if you going for espresso capable tiers)

Ive been using a Flair (Classic) for a couple of years now; extremely happy with it. For the home environment, it's very hard to find any shortcoming in terms of the espresso it produces... shoots well above its class. True pressure-derived espresso, crema and all. However, just as with any true espresso, grind quality is critical, so you will need a proper espresso grinder to pair with it. A manual steel burr grinder like 1ZPresso, LingLong ACE48, Commandante (preferably with Red Clix), Kinu and the like.

The Pros are very capable devices and I've never heard anyone regretting their decision in getting this model compared to the others; however, if you are really tight on the budget, the Classic and Signature do not compromise on the quality of the espresso; only on quantity (20-30% smaller maximum shot size).

I also have a Cafflano Kompresso; interesting coffee but not in the same ballpark as the Flair.

As for the milk part, there's using a French Press. Quite a few YouTubes out there showing that the texture is good enough even for latte art (if that's what you are after). Alternatively, you can spring for a Nanofoamer when it comes out.

I've been reading back on posts. A Lelit Elizabeth DB will cost RM6.5k.. whereas the Flair can range from RM700 for the Neo towards RM1.3k for the Pro2. Assuming if I only drink ice latte and espresso/americano, this Flair seems to be very viable for me. I am especially intrigued based on your satisfaction on the coffee.

I do intend on splurging for a good grinder, probably the Eureka Mignon Silenzio -- that being said is there only 1 place to buy it? Or you guys got any lubang.

I love mine too and it's been very consistent for the past two years. Very little retention, opened to clean it once so far and was surprised how clean it looked (then again I only grind 16g daily).
Mine has one design flaw though that is the socket handle and the shaft are made from dissimilar metals (aluminium vs stainless steel)I can see some traces of corrosion which I think adding oil will help. Maybe something you can look into if the design has not changed.

I feel the Robot looks more retro, Flair the complete opposite, more futuristic looking, especially white with the copper sleeve.

Im on a donlim KF-6001 from shopee, paired with a Hario Mini Slim. Recently on starbucks beans ethopian, grinding on +2 from zero point.

Getting 30 seconds ish, from 13ish g coffee to 60ish ml yield. Great espresso/americano for me compared to many other americanos i drank in KK (idk it could be part time staff not knowing how to extract properly, not a connoisseur)

For the price of RM 250 if not mistaken for the donlim and RM 130 for the grinder, its a decent price to start off espresso making at least from a beginner's standpoint. can't really fork out thousand just for a grinder or machine. But
it's a great starting budget for me I guess.

I recently got the Feiying 600N electric grinder, havent really calibrated it, im out of beans atm.

my minimum spec...

grinder: g-iota ~1.5k
machine: gemilai + ims/vst basket ~1k...

you wont get major step change in taste until budget reaches dual boiler or hx territory

Espresso requires a certain level of fine grind size.

In order to dialing-in the grind size properly with different beans/machine, Espresso-capable grinder must achieve grind size differences between each step by microns.

Thus, a lot of cheaper grinders claim do-able for espresso grinds, but in fact these grinders will give you a lot of trouble of dialing in the right size for your machine.

Espresso-capable grinders can be adjusted to fit many espresso machines & different beans by giving you the option of "dialing in" without frustrations. (each step moves as little as 0.02 mm)

Currently, Espresso-capable grinders usually start at around RM650-700 (hand grinders), electrical motor grinders I not familiar...

Nespresso mini capsule machine is pretty good. But freshly grinded beans coffee still the best. Personally I'm using Breville.

Try a good grinder + Nespresso re-usable steel pods with tamper... more steps to fill the pod but can use Nespresso machines to make fresh coffee...
