Personally after I started using Mac OS, I dont really want to go back to window haha. I alway curse when I'm using company laptop(it's a brand new HP laptop but totally feel like rubbish compare to my macbook air/mini)

however there're something I like about window too.

eg:
when using google chrome in window, i can enlarge the page permanently by pressing ctrl + scroll(mouse),
however in mac(no matter safari or chrome), I can't enlarge it permanently. i can enlarge it but after refresh or start a new search etc, it will turn back to original scale. I'm quite frustrating with this. any solution ?

My scaling factor sticks for me. How come yours doesn't. It's mostly because of the websites not obeying the scaling factor set by chrome.

the scale fix at normal scale, if you enlarge said 10-20%, it will go back to normal scale too after you refresh.

Bros, whats the advantage of using Chrome against Safari? I have always thought about it but have never used Chrome. Is there some advantage that I should know about? Thanks

If you're always on the go and battery life is a much more important consideration, stay away from Chrome and use Safari instead

Chrome is compatible with certain websites where Safari has some problems. For example if you have been on Malaysia Airlines website, if you check in online with Safari, you cannot download the boarding pass. Chrome is ok. However making online booking and others are ok.
However in general, majority of sites no problem with Safari. So I only use chrome when Safari has problems.

The reason I used Chrome is because it can sync all the data between Windows, Android and Mac.

Bro I would advise you to get the ori. You only need one and these do last, not unlike the lightning cable, even that form past experience an ori works much better compared to 3rd party.

I have been looking for Thunderbolt to USB3.0 adapter or dock at so many shops already still don't have. Quite a waste of good technology, very limited products in the market. I guess the 2 Thunderbolt ports on my rMBP will just be some holes I will never fill, and that's not an innuendo hahaha.

Those with thunder bolt are bloody expensive. Hopefully the prices will go down sometime in the future. Currently use the thunderbolt to lan adapter and hopefully invest in a external apple monitor....

Same here. The only time I use my Thunderbolt port now is when I use VGA adapter. Can't think of other usage as they are all so expensive.

That's why cry.gif Mathematically, if use USB3.0 then divide to 4-5 ports the speed will reduce, while Thunderbolt we don't have to sacrifice the speed because main speed is fast enough is it? That's why I'm looking for it.

Or external SSD, which alsooo still expensive rclxub.gif For external monitor HDMI does the job for me, only use occasionally.

But from what we can see they seem uninterested in expanding the tech & gadgets, nowadays semua nak develop USB-C hmmm.
