Boss, the progress photo is actually shown in different pages in the website, so there will be 3 links ie Cradleton, Tenderfields and Merrydale each. Quite messy to show 3 links. In fact, it's quite simple to see the progress photos, just go to the EM website (http://ecoworld.my/ecomajestic/), select " The Collection" and then just choose the desired precints.

What is sekolah bersepadu btw? Integrated school? What does that mean actually? When is the first phase going to be completed? Among the projects from EW in Klang Valley, some phases of EM should be the earliest to complete, isn't it?

I would say the reserved land for school (Sekolah Bersepadu) is for Sek Wawasan or if not then Malay School (or so called national school). By precint, the very 1st phase to be handed over will be Gentlebre ie the bungalow land by 3Q16 followed by Cradleton ie the DSL by 4Q16.

The non toll road is committing suicide la. Sg long + Mahkota? Don't need to come out from that area Liao. Unless u start journey 4.30am. 5.30am also habis. No kidding on that.

Wah u guys buy new house so far away, never take toll and petrol into consideration in first place?

The only integrated school that I know is the one in USJ where the Chinese, Malay & Tamil schools share the common facilities. I wonder why no more such schools are built?

When the taikors bought at that time, the toll rates have not increased yet ma! Some oso buy for investment so doesnt really concern them so much!

Seems like new township must built toll in front to rip off the resident there.
Last time don't have such policy. They must built road access to the new township. Now must built toll.
See KK no toll, but Alam Impian got.
Then BSP got 2, 1 to elite another 1 to SKVE.
Setia Alam also got toll.
Saujana KLIA, Greenwood & Coming up serenia city all also got toll.
So is standard policy must have toll in front of new house nowadays.

Me no buy here. But my supplier factory manyak moved around here. Check check only. If I no need go work in kl. maybe will think here. Food at semenyih here is awesome and fresh. Fa tiu kai, pepper pork soup yum yum.

The toll concession cake not enough dy，不够分， so need to build more as everyone also want to 分一杯羹。

Apparently food & drinks at kopitiam at semenyih not cheap. I tot sibeh ulu place maybe cheaper a bit. Same price with Damansara rate.
Had once b4, even expensive than Alam Megah.

Ok lar. Most important the sibeh fine quality fresh food is there. But not apply to all semenyih f&b lar. U need to cari the Sibeh good 1 only. The freshness of food very beat kaw manyak kv areas. Macam the fresh chewy gummy chu yuk can only Found n Makan there.
