The way I see from EH vs EM base on pricing, investors see the entry price level is lower at EH and there is margin to gain upon completion. Even renting out also some might think still ok as if the monthly installment is not too high.
EM entry price is higher, want to sell also not much gain as the township yet to matured, renting out not worth cover if tenant spoilt the house later.
So, suppose EM should have more owner for own stay.
