It's the interest of the developer to maintain the park nicely even though it holds no responsibility (after handover to the local authority) - so long as the township development is still ongoing. Even after the township being fully developed, I expect it's still the interest of the developer to keep the park well maintained as publicity (to showcase its past successful projects). Probably, there could be sone form of collaboration between the developer and the local council then - merely speculation / expectation for now but not impossible to be realised.

This evening I went for a walk at the ecohill park. Nice breezy walk to the top and it is nice just to chill there. The only ugly thing I saw is when some idiots with their itchy hands just like to pluck the flower or pull it along the walkway. Even when I stare at them, they just buat the tak tahu face.

It is a nice family park if only some of this visitors have more civic mindness.

So far judging from the progress billing I don't see any sign of rush work . From 3Q16 onwards will be critical for EM (probably EW too) as more and more precincts handed over to purchasers.

In fact the schedule vp has been deferred if you noticed the earlier schedule that EM shared in earlier talk. Anyway, so long as it's within the SPA date and no rush job
