Yes. Still a bit grey bcz Jib Kor statement too general to be adapt.

Normally government adapted using APDL date for enforcement. Not sure current statement.

But he should be more transparency to other districts or states bcz for most of the area in Msia, RM 300k is actually not a low budget for upgraders. In some remote area via other states, esp Northern, its only about RM 200k for a DSTH.

if i normally buy commercial property but this is my first residential property, am i consider first time purchaser...?
