From Semenyih till Cheras Perdana using no toll route needs around 15 - 20 minutes. From Cheras Perdana to KL I am not sure how long, perhaps need to ask the people stay in Cheras Perdana, the so called CHERAS SOUTH. brows.gif brows.gif

Cheras perdana area access to kl highway is ok N most of the time quite easy. No stop by traffic light if head to kl. And still got few no toll option route head to kl also. But not opposite site neighbor Taman/town the Mahkota Cheras ..Sibeh jialat sesak for them to get out if they want free toll way.

Morning going to work and school, to get out from mahkota cheras at least 30 mins. Else leave home b4 6am to avoid.

From Semenyih using grand saga before reaching the batu 11 toll, can choose to divert to either cheras perdana side or sungai long/bmc site, if someone would like to avoid the toll.

Of course, time taken is longer for sure.

Mahkota Cheras Tis area cannot Pakai liao. Go in is easy but want go out macam hell.
jam jam until Aeon inside Mahkota Cheras pun tutup kedai dalam. trafic jam also can tutup kedai. wakaka.
this is the example of Cacat jam not Ong jam.

Aeon Cheras selatan near Cheras perdana still Sibeh ok n Ong. Access far better than Mahkota Cheras.

Bro, KK no toll because the KESAS highway's concessionaire Gamuda is the JV developer (Hicom-Gamuda) there ma! Those projects where the developers are nt the highway concessionaires sure kena toll lo like PH & BSP.

Definitely the concessionaires will not allow the developers to build interchanges to their highways where the residents can escape paying tolls!

If APDL has already been obtained before this announcement, chances that both projects being exempted from this new ruling is higher. Still, more clarity is needed.

This is the "Blossoms of Light" at EcoWorld Gallery @ Eco Business Park I with 8,888 illuminating tulips until the 6th of Feb 2016. Wonder EM's Flower Show will have sth similar or even much better? hmm.gif
