Well. If I were them I would ensure that EM turns out well only then they can ride on the success to further it with BBCC or any other future project. With social media nowadays, good news can spread quickly and same goes for bad news. I would ensure EM does well to get good reputation in Klang Valley.

Not too worry about BBCC. The plan for EM should already put in place and already in development stage, I don't think it would be a conflict to BBCC, at least not for the time being.
What I don't understand is that why they provide such cheap gate when they spend a lot more on marketing it with concert, flower and stuff when the gate can provide a longer lasting image to their marketing. If their product turns out as good as they said, their future product will sell themselves, just ask Apple. Now why provide such cheap gate when they can simply upgrade it with less than maybe 500 per house hold and times with the number of units in Cradleton, that's still cheaper than those marketing stuff they have spent so far.
