As at now, the PARC of SEH is still handled by SP Setia.

AGIL PIDS is important for large fencing area. This is to avoid the intruder cutting the fencing or climbing the fencing without any alert, especially during the night time.

CCTV is good for small fencing area, but for big fencing area, alot of CCTV need to be installed to locate / monitor the possible intrusion. Guard patrol frequency plays a very critical role as well.

In Bukit Sungai Long happens one or times burglary due to intrusion coming from SILK highway, even the area is fenced up.

Yeap, that's right.. I am still waiting the rate for MRT as well. Presumebly won't be cheap as well.

Last year toll hike didn't include Plus and KESAS..

This year we will see how it goes for these 2 highways..

Apa boleh buat, masuk 1 time smart tunnel also RM 3 lah...

Don't want pay toll, Minister suggests you bangun pagi use non toll road loh.

Huh, then really pity to those residents in Sungai Long / BMC.. However, still tonnes of people stay there..

For toll free route, if don't want to use Sungai Long / BMC side, can use the Cheras Perdana / Tun Hussein Onn side as well.

I never try, because I am willing to pay the toll to avoid even traffic lights.

From Semenyih till Cheras Perdana using no toll route needs around 15 - 20 minutes. From Cheras Perdana to KL I am not sure how long, perhaps need to ask the people stay in Cheras Perdana, the so called CHERAS SOUTH.

From Semenyih using grand saga before reaching the batu 11 toll, can choose to divert to either cheras perdana side or sungai long/bmc site, if someone would like to avoid the toll.

Of course, time taken is longer for sure.

Erm... SPA name first time purchaser, Loan agreement name mixture of first time and multiple times purchaser name, so is this consider violating the rule or not?
