Brighton not yet fully sold?
From this ads, can see that the new interchange with toll booths almost ready.... In the picture, also notice some construction going on next to the interchange, is it something related to Silversquare? http://www.mudah.my/Shop+Lot+Eco+Majestic+...ih-43695624.htm This post has been edited by samkps: Jan 25 2016, 04:27 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Jan 25 2016, 06:23 PM) Hehe.... the ads from Mudah relates to Ivoris. Seems that the owner wants to pocket a gross gain of c. RM140k. No wonder, info given also salah... Xiamen in Salak Tinggi while Inti in Nilai wei, how it related to EcoMajestic? Understand that the interchange will be built to suit the British colonial design and there may be a grand structure to welcome the incoming vehicles Wow, so they are building a grand structure beside the interchange now? Should look grand I presume. Can share the design / facade? |

QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Jan 25 2016, 09:44 PM) Although the Swan Lake will be handed over to the local authority, EW will still be helping to maintain the lake so long as it is still around to develop EM. As for the security, I'm not too sure how advanced EM's fencing is as opposed to SEH's AGILE fencing (which is used in Singapore Changi Airport). Given that all the precints are gated and guarded with CCTV around the perimeter fencing I think these at least serve the basic of the security features required. As at now, the PARC of SEH is still handled by SP Setia.AGIL PIDS is important for large fencing area. This is to avoid the intruder cutting the fencing or climbing the fencing without any alert, especially during the night time. CCTV is good for small fencing area, but for big fencing area, alot of CCTV need to be installed to locate / monitor the possible intrusion. Guard patrol frequency plays a very critical role as well. In Bukit Sungai Long happens one or times burglary due to intrusion coming from SILK highway, even the area is fenced up. http://www.thestar.com.my/news/nation/2015...d-in-new-house/ |

QUOTE(666devil @ Jan 28 2016, 07:58 AM) Nice info Sam. Thanks! Huh, then really pity to those residents in Sungai Long / BMC.. However, still tonnes of people stay there.. The non toll road is committing suicide la. Sg long + Mahkota? Don't need to come out from that area Liao. Unless u start journey 4.30am. 5.30am also habis. No kidding on that. For toll free route, if don't want to use Sungai Long / BMC side, can use the Cheras Perdana / Tun Hussein Onn side as well. 1. QUOTE(jhbey @ Jan 28 2016, 09:21 AM) I never try, because I am willing to pay the toll to avoid even traffic lights. From Semenyih till Cheras Perdana using no toll route needs around 15 - 20 minutes. From Cheras Perdana to KL I am not sure how long, perhaps need to ask the people stay in Cheras Perdana, the so called CHERAS SOUTH. This post has been edited by samkps: Jan 28 2016, 09:28 AM |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Jan 28 2016, 09:30 AM) Cheras perdana area access to kl highway is ok N most of the time quite easy. No stop by traffic light if head to kl. And still got few no toll option route head to kl also. But not opposite site neighbor Taman the Mahkota Cheras ..Sibeh jialat sesak for them to get out. From Semenyih using grand saga before reaching the batu 11 toll, can choose to divert to either cheras perdana side or sungai long/bmc site, if someone would like to avoid the toll. Of course, time taken is longer for sure. |

QUOTE(Longshot @ Jan 29 2016, 07:48 AM) Finger cross... Erm... SPA name first time purchaser, Loan agreement name mixture of first time and multiple times purchaser name, so is this consider violating the rule or not? Normally, when our government announce something like this, it'll take sometime for it to be implemented. As such, existing projects should be status quo. Well, don't bother so much, just carry on and enjoy my CNY first.... come what may... |
