agreed LOL. Taiga Residences is so damn near to the highway. Less than 20fts to border of the highways

Macam jadi tun rasiao city liao. BM city stop liao, mungkin Mrt2 May suspend or only track but no station, hsr macam suspended liao.

Malaysiakini already announced by Tun M de what, mrt line 2 resume, HSR and MRT 3 review.

Infrastructure bring jobs to all sector, they cannot simply say suspend.

Tun M say cancel HSR will be very bad idea. HSR wont be cancelled obviously.

So no Bandar Malaysia, no HSR.. So what will happened to this place especially for those invested in Razak City? ..Im one of the investor.. I bet the property for future development of HSR.. Now I'm confused....

Wake up. This is not a HSR or Bandar Malaysia project to begin with. I'm sure there are agents associated Najib/BN ppl with this project just bcos there's a "Razak" word in it.

Yes, I'm aware this project is not directly linked to HSR / Bandar Malaysia. But it would create the hype in next 5 years if we have these projects nearby.. thats my point...as a investor we bet on this project based on 1) location 2) chinese schools nearby 3) future development (e.g. hsr/bandar malaysia) despite the high density....

one can bet on employment opportunity in bdr Malaysia and HSR. Not really those travel to work in spore using HSR.

Bdr Malaysia will definitely be in cold storage.

HSR Tun not keen but still depends on how much compensation Malaysia gov needs to pay to abandon this project. If it does proceed, it wont be completed in 2025/26, IMO.

bandar malaysia should KIV, too many hub surrounding kl city and all will be underutilise

in view of the number of units there, i think upon VP time, here is very tough as by the time TRX will be slow down and BM is not ready....

just go with the flow since you already invested. Be the one outstanding if you wanted to rent out fast like renovate it. 4years from now we will know what will happen yet

HSR will be KIV too, as we know HSR will not fully utilize with passenger paying certain sum of money travel to Singapore from KL.
Imagine it only charge you less than RM250 to travel from your home to airport and taking Airasia flight. So HSR charge you RM400 ok?
