i dont understand why developer only provide 1 CP even for 3rooms
in selangor, i think there is a law says must provide 2 CP for new development in kl, everything is boleh.... just imagine if few thousand units, each have 2nd and 3rd car, what will be the situation ? |

dont think HSR will be cancel, maybe do some variation
bandar malaysia should KIV, too many hub surrounding kl city and all will be underutilise in view of the number of units there, i think upon VP time, here is very tough as by the time TRX will be slow down and BM is not ready.... |

Good question, i also wonder whether is that possible to Vp few block 1st.. while the rest deferred to few years later for this project
dont think all few thousand can be sold out in these few years... now many choices with such pricing .. |
