5 years ago i remember reading a fellow forumer advising against buying akisma property. I was thinking this guy is probably the minority. So i took the plunge to buy akisama luxury development called 288 residences. Not only i get a low cost flat, i lost the opportunity to make money 5 years ago.
This developer is a con artist..cut corners. Not bulding as per SPA design. This is based on true experience and why you will suffer with 5 years free maintenance. Nothing is free..they will squeeze your balls dry.

Good luck guys..pictures tell a thousand words and no one will help you. Google parklane or 288 kuchai lama. Most buyers lost money and lost the dream to have a decent home. Owning a condo is about the surrounding and common areas. The environment is what makes the condo value to increase. The chinaman developer mentality is exactly the opposite.

We dont want you to repeat our mistakes, after all it is your money. There is nothing for me to gain.

They will cut corners when building as well. This is not a developer you will want to get involve with. Google akisama before buying.

They sell with celebrities and pretty girls cos they cant sell with their reputation, quality and honesty. This is a typical dinosaur chinaman developer who will cut wherever they can cut.

Rumahwip by AK will be better than this. This akisama is one time touch. Once u experience, u wont touch anymore. Lol..it is like a fire. U r welcome to touch cos it is your money and time. Nobody can stop you.

Lol..with akisama u wont even get the things on the model. Still want to dream about something extra not in plan. Hahhaha.. u wont even get free visitor car park for five years.

It is not only about bad workmanship. What if i tell you every wall is slanted? It cant be fixed..not only door not closing, windows slanted.

This developer is also a cheat. It will change tile design, substitute with cheap cheap tiles for condo marketed as luxury. Tile is only one example,
Condo is about concept and lifestyle. This developer has none amd u have to prepare to lose money. High risk..

Good luck guys.. for 400 to 500k there are a lot of choices M vertica etc.

Oug is lucky to have a strong MC. Most improvements were done with owners fund. The developer had delivered sub standard quality in both parklane and 288. 288 is the worst cos it was sold as luxury but delivered like parklane or even worse. Site plans were not followed and no action from dbkl cos they were kaki kaki friendly.

There is no need for competitor to condemn this developer. Previous owners will do it. You all can join the club as owners of this akisama. We welcome you to the club with open arms. The more the merrier.. buy buy

Hmm..akisama old generation owners now realized the power of internet. They realize now they cant hide after cheating ppl and start to hire these cyber troopers.
Just google 'akisama' to see for yourself before deciding.

It does not matter HSR is cancel or not, akisama will screw you left right top bottom. Btw, how does this location benefit from hsr?

Are the people staying here going to take HSR to work? Or move here cos of hsr to work in spore or johor? Hmmm.. i am very confused also.

This project has nothing to do with Bandar malaysia. It is only a perception and a false one.

Project dies because of dishonest developer. And based on akisama behaviour of cutting corners everywhere, the possibility is there.
