Woww impressive

It’s desirable property that is expensive. Why can’t I have a 2k sqft penthouse in Bangsar or a landed property with big garden for 500k. We are lucky to have choices. But accomodation is freely available for those who want it unlike some other countries.

My review after stay(rent) here for 8 month:

Pros
- Jammed pagi teruk wei even nak keluar RC, also ramai org luar take shortcut
- Lobby kepam
- Lif only have 1 side button (right), left no button. Susah lo everytime want touch card
- No food/drink drop off on mailbox
- Lif only 4 include sampah
- Sometime bising sbb concert at TUDM base
- Anjing liar bersepah at kopitiam
- Parking guest kena bayar commercial rate
- Clamp fix rate RM100
- Parking still pakai like touch n go, change to rfid la
- Gym only basic item

Cons
- Kedai banyak, complete city
- Mamak got 5 stalls (Tholath Maju Briyani nyum )
- Got cctv everywhere inc your floor
- Secure cause need to touch card to your floor
- Bonggol everwhere so no mat rempit

Tapi you should try also Thaqwa depan Tholath, situ kuah dia sedap tapi joki kedekut kuah, kena cakap baru dia bagi lebih
