- Kedai banyak, complete city
- Mamak got 5 stalls (Tholath Maju Briyani nyum tongue.gif )
- Got cctv everywhere inc your floor
- Secure cause need to touch card to your floor
- Bonggol everwhere so no mat rempit rclxub.gif

to run the place for a lower maintenance cost.. yes.
lower cost of ownership also means everything will be running at the bare minimum, as long it works then is fine.. kinda stuffs.

even parklane is like that, same pattern.
yet developers also still sell like hotcakes because it still meets the basic needs.

Size 1066 sqft. Come with 2 parkings (but in tandem arrangement).

Sold at reserve price 382,500.
Single bidder won unchallenged.
