1. It is free for lifetime
2. Ensure that the account is active
3. The speed will throttled to 64kbps when you exceed the quota
4. It is for all social applications
5. Peer-to-Peer (P2P) sharing, Internet tethering & VoIP services are not allowed on Free Social Chat.
6. FREE Social Chat remains available for reactivation via direct top up, such as top up ticket, E-Pin, Online Banking & Hot Tickets
For the Internet Deals:
1. You can only subscribe to ONE weekly/monthly Pass at any point of time.
2. To change your renewable weekly/Monthly Pass, unsubscribe your existing pass by dialing *100*1*5#. Please ensure that your current renewable Internet Pass has reached 100% usage/expired before subscribing to a new Internet pass.
3. Quota is valid for all usages, in all Maxis network (2G/3G/4G)
4. It is auto renewal. To cancel auto renewal, you dial *100# > FAST Internet Passes > Cancel auto renewal (not available in Red App)
FREE 2GB weekend internet is valid:
1. You are on Maxis 4G network only
2. It is for every weekend -> Saturday Pass: 1GB from 00:01am to 11:59pm every Saturday // Sunday Pass: 1GB from 00:01am to 11:59pm every Sunday
3. FREE 2GB Weekend Pass will be renewed no later than 00:00am every Saturday.
4. All daily passes will be utilized first before the FREE 2GB Weekend pass.
5. FREE 2GB Weekend Pass remains available for reactivation via direct top up, such as top up ticket, E-Pin, Online Banking & Hot Tickets
Conversion from #Hotlink to Hotlink FAST:
1. RM5 will be charged for change of rate plan to Hotlink FAST
2. Existing passes will be carried over until the end of validity
3. Once in Hotlink FAST plan, change of rate plan to other Hotlink plans is NOT ALLOWED
