Want to ask Hotlink reps, If I open another Hotlink prepaid account and transfer my balance from old prepaid account to new prepaid account, do I need to finish using my balance in the new account within 7 days?

Can anyone tell me how much balance must I leave in my prepaid account before I port out? Can I transfer the whole amount out to another Hotlink account?
