If I use hotlink fast to use as a mobile hotspot meaning use the SIM card on a 4g wireless modem.would I be able to enjoy the free data?

i tried to follow the instruction to cancel but dont see CANCEL Auto renewal.

Seems like these 2 weeks the reception and signal seems a bit weaker then usual at sentul area. Last time always getting 4g but now always changed to H or H+.

Any idea on data roaming charges? i checked the hotlink website and saw there are few options
1) RM 10 for 1gb
2) RM 10/20 for unlimited social pass with 50mb/200mb data
3) RM 38 per day with 500mb data

so which is valid? and how to subscribe.
