You mean those who activate after 8 Dec 2016 do NOT have the free weekend data of 1 gb per sat and Sunday.

Thought the difference was only the free 5 calls and call charges are slightly higher.

Those who activate before 8 Dec can have 10 friends and family to enjoy lower call rates

Hi Hotlink, I am on Hotlink fast 3.0 and currently I have subscribed to the rm50 per month Internet pass for up to 17 gb plus 100 minutes of calls

Noticed that this plan is auto renewal. I did top up before the plan expired.

How do I subscribe to say a lower plan or stop it from auto renew.

hotlink

is there anything wrong with Hotlink today. Cannot access my Hotlink Red, already unistall and install again and cannot even verify my number

My internet / data is still working but not the Hotlink Red App.

If say at end of month, you find that hey 2 GB is enough, you will want to cancel the auto renew cos why pay so much when you don't need it.

Say I still have RM10 credit and its valid until 28 February but I forgot to reload on 28 February

What happens to this balance RM10 on 1 March if I reload say rm30

#Hotlink, is there issue with maxis data at Jalan Tun Razak.

I used to get in excess of 25 mbps to 30 mbps but now it's less than 10.

First picture is speed test in my office Today

Second pic is speed test in Kajang over the weekend

Third pic is a speed test in Sg Long over the weekend

Hi Bro, I expected a better answer from you honestly after the good work you and #Hotlink is doing here.

I know it's within the acceptable speed limit.

What I am trying to ask and highlight is why the deterioration in speed for past 2 months and how come in Tun Razak, within 3 km from KLCC, the speed is so much slower compared to even Kajang.

In my office, U Mobile is still getting 20 to 25 mbps.

Only of you are on 4G.

So technically it's 8Gb on weekends plus your standard monthly quota

Hence I love Hotlink fast cos in KV, almost everywhere is covered by 4G
