saw Hibiscus 2 advertisement on klk website today...is for rumah selangorku, any others news about this project? like locating near which neighborhood?

KLK Land, a subsidiary of KL-Kepong Bhd, has opened its Hibiscus 2 2-storey terraced houses in Bandar Seri Coalfields, Sungai Buloh for registration.

“There will be a total 224 units of 2-storey terraced houses with built-ups of 1,000 sq ft under Hibiscus 2. The price for the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom units, which are inclusive of fittings, is RM205,000,” the group said in a press release today.

Hibiscus 2 is part of the Rumah Selangorku housing scheme by the state government that offers low-cost, medium low-cost, medium cost and affordable housing.

Hi All,

IXORA buyer here, signing SPA soon.
Had been looking into houses around the area for awhile, finally decided to get the IXORA, we like the layout of IXORA, for location wise, we are positive about the development around that area. Strongly believe it will become vibrant in the near future.

Mine just received notification for progress payment claim for internal and external finishes, now only left for external work for completion. Quite fast work done, vp is on April next year, might hand over earlier.

We got the 5% rebate, and the usual legal fee and stamp duty covered.

Went to the site today, seem like hibiscus 2 work already commenced. Friend of friend of mine inform that he already secured a unit. The location of hibiscus 2 is just beside senna.

seems like the direct entrance/exit to LATAR is already being constructed..the land in between BSC and LATAR is being cleared - looks like it can be completed by next year. Also found out that a direct link to GUTHRIE is in the plan.
