can't compare bsc to puncak alam, puncak alam is more developed

more residents = more development. the township is only 2 years old.

BSC may be under developed, but the surrounding areas are developed and within a 5-10 minute drive you can access all your daily needs so i don't see a major issue. Unifi also is in BSC already.

Both of them aren't reliable

if you guys want affordable pricing + developed township, then it's time to wake up from that dream

the open burning is irritating but unfortunately KLK can't control that as that land is opp the BSC main entrance and belongs to someone else.

seems like the direct entrance/exit to LATAR is already being constructed..the land in between BSC and LATAR is being cleared - looks like it can be completed by next year. Also found out that a direct link to GUTHRIE is in the plan.

when you are on the LATAR highway, you'll see land being cleared with road preparation taking place on both sides of the highway

btw KFC is confirm opening in Caltex, probably by October.

a direct entrance from a highway is a better sales point versus "u take this exit, use old road for 1.5km then turn in"

i don't find distance a big issue...hundreds of people, if not thousands, travel from seremban daily to work in pj/kl

with the school coming in, can expect more non-muslims to be interested in buying for own stay. i say non muslims because the school is catholic based, there's a chapel in the school as well so might not be too attractive for muslims.
