Hi All,

IXORA buyer here, signing SPA soon.
Had been looking into houses around the area for awhile, finally decided to get the IXORA, we like the layout of IXORA, for location wise, we are positive about the development around that area. Strongly believe it will become vibrant in the near future.

I saw it too, but think why they make another entrance to BSC, the current one isn't far at about 1.5km away.

The. progress, as what I seen yesterday. Asked one of the Chinese contractor who are in charge of the road works said his job going to complete in September this year.

Yes it seems close. I heard the same thing(Guthrie entrance) from the sales person too, but nothing firm until they do it, anyway as papadon said, it would be nice if there is a dedicated entrance for BSC.

I check with SA on Saturday, he said the land clearing at Latar is actually for Bandar Tasik Puteri (he stays there), but there is also chance for Bandar Seri Coalfields to feature a dedicated entrance from Latar as long as KLK deal with the authorize party.
Spotted KLK is busying planting trees while the visit, which is great.

Yup the entrance is for Bandar Tasik Puteri.

Normally the jam area will be nearer to the town center, once you hit on the highway then traffic will be much better, but than there's a price to pay la.

Distance is very subjective and personal, to some they don't wanna travel for long distance and some hate to deal with the massive jam. Some prefer to stay in the big and airy area, some would rather stay in the small space but nearer to center. After all it is what you prefer that matter.

I believe people like us(BSC buyer) is very obvious which type of person we are. But having said that, BSC(personal opinion) is not that far compare to where I'm staying right now(Kepong).

Yes you are right, I should have point out the "feeling" or perception of distance.

I couldn't agree more on the sacrifice part. After all one should weight which is more important.

I'm like you too but it really depends, fine for us might not ok for some. However I think distance shouldn't be the main fuss if you already know what are you looking at.

Went to sales office last weekend, saw there are quite a number of spots already highlighted on the sales chart. I think KLK appointed sales agent.
