if going kepong and bandar utama.... BSC consider not bad.... but the township up until now... seems so under developed.... maybe some of the residence can answer u for more accurate answers....

yea.... but considering puncak alam further outskirt than BSC.... just thinking why sungai buloh cant develop upwards... their location actually not bad compare to puncak alam... nearer to city center and pj subang those highly developed area....

more residents = more development. the township is only 2 years old.

Puncak alam not really further outskirts than BSC coz it is connected to Shah Alam, Meru, Saujana Utama etc. BSC is new township in recent years whereby PA was formed as township back to decade ago.

Yes, sungai buloh is still underdeveloped and its location is much better than BSC and PA since it is nearer to KL and PJ. IMHO, the development of sungai buloh is still not so soon but Elmina which next to saujana utama is now in developing by Sime Darby and partially by E&O which is likely grow faster than sungai buloh.

yeah... just that two or three years ago... when i look at puncak alam town... and sg buloh town... puncak alam not reli doing quite well... until one year ago... its like booming so fast... when i hesitating to buy BSC or Hillpark.. i decided to go for Hillpark... BSC just too underdeveloped for now.. but yea... sg buloh area... i will consider saujana utama more developed and possible in future elmina... although we cant say for sure... their location is better than puncak alam... but seems like location not a main matter of their development here....

yea... but how do you give confidence to the potential new residence to come in and stay when its still under developed...

BSC may be under developed, but the surrounding areas are developed and within a 5-10 minute drive you can access all your daily needs so i don't see a major issue. Unifi also is in BSC already.

indeed... of cuz we as the surrounding residents also wish BSC to going towards positive growth.... its a benefit to all of us....

Bsc hv many house for subsale.... population not grow much. But still increase..

Within 10years bsc will develope well.

Klk doin better & better for their property. 1st phase green fencing(too bad easy to cut) now perimeter anti climb fencing. Design also gud but price increase dramaticly.. ixora price about 668k 22x75 but discount 7%+2% n some more free on snp if i not mistaken

the shop is worse.

some more got many vacant parcel of land for future development.

i think need many years to absorb.

yea... initially i was thinking to buy one subsale unit from that area... but looking at the dying shoplots... and the whole area overall...... i juz move on....

Just got a unit at BSC. Hopefully it is fine, with groceries shopping at Puncak Alam. Not easy to find such price with freehold title & the land size.

if you guys want affordable pricing + developed township, then it's time to wake up from that dream

BSC or PA, once Eco World entering by 2017, all surrounding area will be blooming like DPC or BU..
