IMHO, the development of sungai buloh is still not so soon but Elmina which next to saujana utama is now in developing by Sime Darby and partially by E&O which is likely grow faster than sungai buloh.

BSC may be under developed, but the surrounding areas are developed and within a 5-10 minute drive you can access all your daily needs so i don't see a major issue. Unifi also is in BSC already.

Bsc hv many house for subsale.... population not grow much. But still increase..
Within 10years bsc will develope well.

Klk doin better & better for their property. 1st phase green fencing(too bad easy to cut) now perimeter anti climb fencing. Design also gud but price increase dramaticly.. ixora price about 668k 22x75 but discount 7%+2% n some more free on snp if i not mistaken

pretty empty township so far.
the shop is worse.
some more got many vacant parcel of land for future development.
i think need many years to absorb.

Just got a unit at BSC. Hopefully it is fine, with groceries shopping at Puncak Alam. Not easy to find such price with freehold title & the land size.
