Before I purchased Hampton I did survey Elmina. Indeed Elmina is well planned township, near to highway and near to major towns.
However, I still like BSC because of its hilly location, whereas Elmina is quite flat. I’m terms of price Elmina is slightly higher and the booking free was 20k which iwas quite substantial. I also foresee BSC will have more room to grow considering the sizeable KLK land that is up for future development. Just my observation 😊

Just curious, why hilly is better? Would this hilly raise other concern? So far i heard their booking fee is below 5k,last time is 20k??so high, but okay la, u need to prepare dp anyway.. When KLK is gonna develop those empty lands?? Elmina also limited commercial now

I choices KLK Jarding ( hill top ) due to One things important is elminal is not Gated & Guarded .... The SA just reply me this your RA to settle after House complete 😯😯

That's bad, but i see their EV now gated guarded too?? Individual title, so can only build after Vp.. Is jardin individual or strata?? Why jardin don't full extend as EG4?? How much selling now?

Wife & I had to make the decision between Elmina, Eco Santuary and BSC. Ultimately choose BSC for its larger land plot size, freehold and competitive pricing.

Good choice if you're looking for a larger land size with competitive price thumbsup.gif . Actually a lot of people didn't know the existence of this township with housing area such as Banyan, Hemingway, Hampton, Jardin, etc. IMO its due to poor marketing by the developer. They should put more effort to improve this aspect.

What for to pay every month maintenance RM300+- and leasehold title ?? after 10 year developer complete whole project is still maintain the township as promise ?? 😇😇

Eco Grandeur leasehold, strata title plus pricey maintenance because of fancy landscape. For me their only interesting product is the co-home

Just like what my parents said years ago when they moved to a new township 😁😁. At least BSC area is near to other township
around Puncak Alam, Saujana Utama, etc developed by LBS, Eco, IJM, Glomac and Sime Darby where the people can make use of other township amenities as well.

Most people use a longer way to reach BSC, so they don’t know it only takes 35min to Mont Kiara from BSC

Most people also didn’t enter to see the latest houses in BSC so they don’t know much.

The shops outside BSC are depressing now but it don’t matter when you stay there. You can visit Ecoworld anytime and it’s a matter of time the BSC shops are filled
