pay 10% to lock down or considered as purchased your unit... 90% apply loan after completion.... save progressive interest....

visited hemingway 24x90 yesterday... quite an impressive house with lot of land at the front and back..

only downside is high cost of entry.. 5% rebate ony..

Pay 10k booking via cheque ( they will officially bank in 1st Jan onwards)

then balance 29k ( downpayment) + 17k (MOT) to be paid within end of Jan/Mid Feb upon signing the SPA (estimate sign 20-24 jan 2018)

Still considering the agent offer as location not bad but the traffic pattern in the morning to KL seems terrible.. bottleneck in many places

which part of KL u working at..? maybe u try to travel from here during peak hours a few more times... and see how u feel about it... i think this should be the major part that u concern other than the cash flow issue... haha

true and agreed. my HQ at Jalan Tun Razak ( near American embassy ) and 1 more Office in Glenmarie..

Need to travel between this 2 offices every alternate days... my wife work at shah alam near the hospital shah alam thou..

for now i use the google map and waze advance traffic report to gauge the time taken...

yup gated and guarded... RM 100 per month for the charges

if u are not travelling to your HQ every single day... i guess should be ok for you... and yea... the jalan tun razak there crazy jam... if you use NSE as your way of going to work... u will only need to jam when u are at KL actually... the whole route before u exit the toll near KL is actually quite smooth... going to your office at glenmarie is convenient and hassle free enough for you...

yea... generally it helps... but longer distance than using NKVE/federal etc... generally smooth drive all the way til u reach KL city... or very near to your office area if your office area is very close to NSE exits... haha

Should be individual title with DMC but check with KLK to v
