no. it's need at least 15km to access from Puncak perdana or denai alam

its more further away from BSC i think.... closest would be puncak perdana... those from puncak alam... need to drive at least 10 mins to the exit of DASH also....

gonna be a interesting few days to decide between BSC and Sime's Denai Alam

both got pros and cons...

Attractive thing is 1 private school and 1 chinese school. Its on higher ground too

why u choose here over denai alam or elmina? elmina is closer to DASH exit and towards subang PJ actually....

i did go to ferrea Denai alam.. the new launching by SDP.. but only left the 22x70 units for now.

have to admit the location wise DA is better than BSC. spacewise BSC Hemingway Superlink is way bigger and that also plays a part in my plans..

Financially both almost the same because Dpayment after rebates is about the same. DA looks like a future Setia Alam township in the making. really huge

pricing wise? also similar? if size is your main concern... then BSC should be your choice since both also freehold... as for whether DA can be another setia alam... that's another matter... SDB has never been the kind of developer that develop amenities as fast as SP setia did....

price wise

DA 22x70 = 780,888 (before minus 2% rebate) + Free MOT/S&P/Stamp duty = RM 765 271

Dpayment + booking = RM 52 471

BSC 24x90 = 780,888 (before minus 5% rebate) + Free SPA,Free loan agreement + 17400 ( MOT) = RM 758 400

Dpayment + booking = RM 56 400


Pricing wise i can say BSC and DA is very much similiar. of couse BSC IXora 2 is cheaper by 100k roughly.

Now only the location makes DA more of advantage due to proximity to KL + access to highways

haha... that one always jam wor... but reli save alot on toll... if wan faster have to use latar to NSE but pay more... or paya jeras to guthrie then to nkve....

yeap, can kill if really heavy jam.
