1 Jenis rumah - Jenis D 1000 KPA
2 Pilihan Kawasan - Mukim ijok Daerah Kuala Selangor

But according to the project list in Rumah Selangorku website, Jenis D 1000 kpa for daerah/mukim (Kuala Selangor/Ijok) are Eristana Townhouse and Residensi Pinang.

While Jenis D 20x60 kpa is Hibiscus 3.

Cannot reach them. Is that the latest updated list?

North haven superlink launching this weekend. Size seems big at 24x90. Can see from website. Seems better compared to EW because of size and freehold. Some more located beside private school. What’s your opinion??

1) go for the existing one - Senna, Areca, Bromelia?
2) ixora2 the newly launched?

my budget around 500-600k, which design layout is easier & better for reno?

Congrats! BSC is of course a good choice. Try looking at Senna sub sale if you looking for existing one. For new one, ixora2 is worth the price but if got more budget can consider North Haven
