yeah... basically other highways... like NKVE, federal etc... once accident or heavy rain... can kiss good bye already... therefore i always use guthrie - NSE to work... no need so headache... seldom affected by heavy rain at least...

After visited klk semi d actual show room unit and the landscape, i decided to book a unit of semi d at north haven.
What cause me to make such andrenalin rush to book:
1. The phase 1 units are built readily
2. Located next to 3 schools and one of the school is wesley methodist. This private school is famous.
3. Situated at high level land. Looks like the 1 level below the top hill level. To me i like the fengshui airflow.
4. Guarded community and there is a small park attached.
5. freehold.


Crawlback is that it is far. Anyway 10/20 years back SA and sungai buloh are considered far away. Now kajang or semenyih are also far but pricing is almost similar or even expensive.

congrats on your purchase... how much your unit cost with what package? for own stay... everything is up to your own personal feelings... if you think u can accept the distance... why not... enjoy your purchase bro!

no kids yet lol... so not an issue, even if got later on, the school already ready, worst case scenario go wesley pay more
