i used to own 1 of the biggest unit(included land) in BSC. luckily i dumped it once the house is completed at chicken shit profit.

looking at the current price. glad that i made a good choice

you're probably right...developer has no idea how to build a township..phase 1 looks damn cheap...even if monkey see, monkey do they can learn from ecoworld...they're not willing to make a grand entrance and put in proper guards with a high-end landscape around the township...if they just did that they can easily recoup cash by selling property at higher prices because the land is freehold...looking back, if i drove here now i wont buy a property here

for a freehold land... they already factor in the premium in their selling price... if you wanted them to make it like EW.... u will be expecting a 40% price difference for a same size unit differentiate by freehold and leasehold liao.... lol.... and bear in mind most of the units in BSC highly utilize their land size compare to EW projects.... haha

second that, if look at BSC phase 1, the house come with big footprint, 24x75 with built up area 2300 sq ft and the price, below 400k. compare to EW, 18x60 with built up area 1200 sq ft already about 500k laugh.gif
